As title. Been meaning to grab some of these from my butcher, but I wouldn't mind some ideas on what to do with them. Slow cook obviously! Also do you need more than one per person?
I usually sous vide mine for 3 days with a bit of salt and pepper and they are biblical best roast beef you will ever eat.
Tempted to give the primal grill recipe a go though (but cook them sous vide) and then finish on the BBQ. nom nom.
Great recipes, but I was looking for something more french/british/bistro inspired really. I don't have a BBQ or indeed a garden so any of that is out of the question unfortunately
Quickly sear the outside and then braise them in a cast iron dish on a bed of onions, garlic and a little red wine in the oven for a good few hours at @120C. You'll only want enough wine to cover the onions (maybe a glass or so) and you should make sure that the id is completely sealed so you don't lose moisture.
