What is the kinguin site like? Reputable? Im looking at Borderlands: Pre-Sequel for £13 from kinguin via G2A, anyone used the sites before?

I have used them several times without any issues and they send the key quickly, like anything just make sure the seller has lots of positive feedback.
Do these sell keys they get direct from the publishers or are they as such like other sites? Whereas we haven't any idea if they legally obtained the game code or not?
For anyone who missed Valkyria Chronicles when it was on sale last week, it is £6.75 here:

Using code 10AN-SALE-FEB2015 and is a Steamworks game, so activates on Steam.
OK... so my Vanishing Of Ethan Carter is 'on hold' with Kinguin:
Your order has been placed 'On hold' due to security reasons.
Please rest assured that this process is meant to protect your account from unauthorised access. Once we verify your order, the product will be sent to your e-mail address.
To complete your order we would like to ask you to confirm either via Customer Support ticket (preferably including 'On Hold' in the ticket title) or through Live Chat, whether you are using a proxy server and that your billing address matches your IP location.
I used the Hola plug-in VPN set to USA to avoid 20% VAT on the purchase, and used a fake US billing address.
Has anyone else had this before? I'm not sure how to approach it - own up to using VPN or try to blag it still?

Good to see they do have some security checks for dodgy looking transactions. Even if in this case you weren't being scammed (though, I suppose, you were scamming HMRC)

Own up and explain your reasoning. At best, they honour the discounted transaction. Worst case scenario would be paying full price. No biggie tbh but you should reply.
