As always, single poll shifts of this type are meaningless. The trend is for a very slight fall in the share of UKIP votes but still sitting around the 15% mark.
What really stood out was how many times the film would suggest that UKIP would throw out all the illegal immigrants and that would be horrible. Yes that's right ILLEGAL immigrants which every government has been throwing out for a while now. So apparently there is nothing wrong with people who have no right to be here, the film barely touched on EU immigration which is the actual issue UKIP go on about.
it wasn't supposed to? it was supposed to be a stupidly exaggerated version of a parties policies some which aren't actually policies anyway and just stupid comments from idiots which every party has.
No doubt loads of dumb people will see it as the true account.
I bet they wouldn't dare try it with one of the big parties

.They've been doing it with the big parties for years. Watch a few episodes of Spitting Image.
They're only being pushed by the media to take votes from Labour now that the Lib Dems are dead in the water. Poor people will vote Labour after experiencing the last 5 years, well off/rich people will vote Conservatives after experiencing the last 5 years, the rich are massively outnumbered so they've spent the last few years promoting UKIP as a viable alternative when before they were just a bunch of bigots and racists not worthy of air time.
