Did GCHQ spy on you?

I really doubt you'll get the information, it will likely be appealed, they're hardly going to just hand over data obtained from an allied service. The Iraq inquiry has trouble with even a phone call between Blair and Bush, it is very very unlikely they'll be forcing GCHQ to release NSA data.

It doesn't actually say you would get any detailed info other than a yes you were or weren't. And if you were you can apply for the details to be deleted.

It isn't clear that you'll necessarily get even that or actually have anything deleted. Just seems to be a campaign still at the moment based on one court victory.

I think they're a bit optimistic as the ruling wasn't so much that the activity itself was illegal per say but the fact that we weren't informed if the checks/safeguards in place. Unless it is referring to a different ruling?

anyone who is added on to this list is not compatible with modern Britain and should purchase a one way ticket to Raqqa

Also you will be blackmailed by GCHQ any naked selfies, your fap history etc is all in their hands

This sort of data collection simply shouldn't be happening. It's foolish indeed to blindly accept it as being in our best interests.

Government have already proven how they cannot be trusted to administer their own terrorism laws in the spirit with which they were drawn up. Anti terror laws were used to seize assets of the Icelandic banks when they were collapsing. And were used to arrest the whistleblower who lifted the lid on the MPs' expenses scandal. And have opened up the very real possibility of student protests being classed as public order offences (Laura Clayson). And were used to force the Guardian newspaper to destroy the hard disks containing the evidence of this illegal data harvesting.

Ever watched extreme pornograpahy? You've probably committed a crime.
Ever investigated how to make a dustbin explode using household products? You've probably committed a crime.
Ever clicked a link to something innocuous only to find it linked to something awful involving children? Crime
Rooted your phone? A crime in America
Posted a racist insult on social media? Crime

Not sure I'd be happy to find a central log of all the strikes against my name. Police will already sieze your computer to search for character and other crime evidence if accused of certain serious crimes (and plenty of times people end up with a longer rap sheet as a result) - if we accept these logs, why wouldn't we accept that search to extend to include them?

And it's not like the logs have to report crimes to be used against you - in a court of law, character assasination can count for a lot. Supported a distasteful political party? Watched niche porn? Made a poor taste joke? The jury will like to hear it.
