Used marshmallow fluff spread as there was no sugar and they tasted pretty good.

No-one's mentioned ice-cream yet?!

Flip it, smear nutella on half of it whilst still in the pan and then out the pan, ice cream in and folded.

I did But we ended up having the chocolate spread, caramel and lemon and sugar but we got plenty left for today so maybe on this go I will actually get the ice cream out!

Had some with pan fried apples and cinnamon sugar, also had a little splash of vanilla extract in the pancake mix.

Going to do some scotch pancakes this weekend I think. Maple syrup and bacon, or maybe chocolate chip.
