You can get some cat repellent from B&Q, Wilkos or Homebase. It REALLY REALLY Reeks of garlic but it works. Just put it on for a couple of days, do again and then keep doing for a few weeks and they will not come back. You could also squirt the little sods with it (Non chemical one) and they REALLY are not happy about that.

Your "serious" suggestion to stopping cats entering his garden is to get a pet? So now in an effort to protect his garden from cat poop he has to.. fill it with cat poop, increase his monthly outgoings exponentially through cat food, insurance, and vet treatments that need taking care of, tie himself to his house through the difficulties that come with owning a pet when you want to go on holiday/away for a weekend and all of the emotional and ppaternal responsibilities that come with owning a pet?
Here's hoping that if some of the "people" in this thread ever do put their suggestions into action, they end up doing it to the wrong person's cat and find themselves being rat-poisoned and shot
Serious suggestion - get your own cat (big, territorial, and litter trained). They'll do their own mess in the litter tray, and none of the other cats will dare come near your garden![]()
except a cat is only ever semi-domesticated. which is the same reason why rules for dogs and cats are very different.
becides a bit of poo is hardly criminal damage. otherwise best cover your garden in plastic to stop the local wildlife contaminating it..
anyway i think most farmers would welcome cats to keep down any rodent populations.
