Instant gaming could have warned before payment that they are wanting a photo ID- it's not going to happen from me.
Garbage, and probably another chase up to get a refund no doubt.
if you paid with a paypal verified account, contact customer support and argue the case stating you don't believe you should be handing your ID over to a company you do not know. I had to do this with 2 CDKEY sites in recent months, when I argued the case of a paypal verified account they crumbled and gave me my keys and have not had problems from them since.

I tried using them to buy an additional copy of Dying Light and the payment card details were rejected. I tried again with Paypal and that too was rejected. As the debit card used is the same as the Paypal card I didn't realise that my bank had placed a block on that transaction. I needed to ring the bank to get my card unblocked, once I figured out what happened.
Yorkshire bank told me that it was there fraud dept which placed the block when dealing with that site, not sure why though.
I will not use them again, too many others are similar in price - but work well.

My first experience of them was on Sunday, when I tried to purchase a key from G2A. Still waiting for the key.
Well stick to Steam sales from now on.
