Indeed, I think it's more likely it was a revenge attack for something he's done, & given that they've took his love spuds as payback, I suspect he's going to stick to his story for the rest of his days.

Perhaps after they'd done the initial business one of the traffickers or possibly the sergeon realised who he was and didn't want to continue as if he died then they wouldn't be able to finish their favorite TV series.

That is an interesting thought. If physically possible to transplant testicles, would they then produce sperm with the original donor's DNA, or the new owner's DNA?
