Nvidia: what I want to share with you will redefine the future of gaming.

Same as. nVidia don't take forever to release though, so that's a plus.

Yeah yeah, it's not like you've ever posted childish gif's for a bit of fun is it!? ...

Pot kettle and black mate :p

It wasn't the Gif's being posted that was childish. You posted them on the previous page behind a spoiler and then decided to post them again 'not behind a spoiler'. I didn't understand your logic in posting them twice in 2 successive posts. You then changed the first post to something else after realising that not many people would bother to go a page back..... That was the childish bit but again, if that makes you happy, crack on :)

What I'd like to see if a desktop CPU to rival Intel top of the range. I know not much chance of it happening but I suspect if they went after Intel's market then maybe Intel would release true graphics cards. surely the more competition the better it'll be for consumers. Then it'll be intel vs AMD vs nvidia. But more realistically its going to be a lot of hype followed by a let down.

Really think you're over thinking this bud, it was a bit of fun.

Bit weird that you're so odd about it. Being an anal retentive must float your boat. Like you said if that makes you happy, crack on :)

I think the graphics section just isn't for me anymore.. It's to weird in here and some of y'all take yourselves way to seriously.

Good luck with that :p

If this is true, I fear nvidia will end up making this vr headset be the only one which works with their graphics cards. If this does end up being the case, in future, I think I'll only be buying AMD cards as I'm not looking to be locked into an ecosystem of hardware that props up one GPU manufacturer at the cost of open standards and consumer choice. I hope I'm wrong though and if they are about to reveal a vr headset then it will be only one of many that will work with nvidia GPUs.

Well technically, even if it is locked to nVidia and you wouldn't want to support that, you would then be locking yourself into AMD. When there is only 2 choices, it is one or the other. I understand where you are coming from and I also hope it is a cross platform thing but if it is an nVidia only thing, I will happily buy it.

Hmmm, I think if nVidia locks themselves into compatibility with their own hardware and it flops, there would be issues to say the least. With so many headsets being developed, whichever one gains the largest userbase will drive forward GPU's imo. So if nVidia locks themselves out and it causes AMD sales to spike due to wider compatibility, I could see a huge backlash.
