Agreed. People are quick to bash companies and 'rich' individuals for avoiding tax but are always happy to get a deal done for cash..
 
You can get around the tax bit. On Kinguin I just added my Borderlinx US address. Still let me pay with my UK Paypal account.

All allegedly of course.

Ended up getting Star Nomad (based on the positive reviews) Don't really like it at all. Waste of 2.99

I cant decide if this is the most blown out of all proportions comment in this thread yet, or if we're just bringing up random stuff.

Fat people like a good burger, they're not so bothered about salads though... :confused:

It's related to people trying to avoid paying VAT on their purchases of video games.
 
That's like saying stealing a penny sweet is the same as robbing a bank.

Not at all, as robbing a bank is inherently aggravated. Unless you're talking about forcibly taking a penny sweet from someone.

I've only just noticed the guy said 'corporations'. No one was talking about corporations avoiding paying tax, only individuals.

Anyway, enough thread derailment. Back to the topic of cheap computer games..
 
I guess its worse in a way, although what they are doing is morally very wrong a lot of the time its perfectly legal, but what is being suggested here is not.

I have a friend in the states who buys games for me tax free. Why am I doing anything illegal?
