Where to buy a brand new sim only phone?

Got my refund through for my OPO today so I want to buy another phone. I'm pretty much settled on the One M8 but it seems to be very hard to find anywhere selling them brand new. Am I mad to be buying one with the M9 just around the corner? I can get Grade A type stuff for around £350 on ebay but I don't trust them to have decent batteries.

Good to know just had a look at the price seems okay I just don't know whether to buy as prices might drop as soon as the M9 comes out, on the other hand M8 stock might disappear.
