am a bit disapointed that corsair haven't changed/mod the backplate silver lugs ,i had a few of the h series and the problem is still there . when you tighten down the pump with the stand offs the silver lugs rotate in the backplate or when u try to undo the stands off the same thing happens.also to mention on the 900d case you got couple of plastic cable
latches these are so weak they just break off for £300 i would exspect better.i e-mailed corsair about it and to date no reply. shame on u's

They can't be simply added on to existing AIOs as far as I can see, they go into recessed slots on the newer ones.

Silver lugs? that sounds like the older bracket kit from the H50 and H70 coolers, like this, http://www.overclock3d.net/gfx/articles/2010/05/20204342238l.JPG. That is no longer being used with our new coolers. They are more like this now, http://www.corsair.com/~/media/Corsair/Product-Photo-Root/H/h100i_hardware.png. Where the part that holds the screw is fixed to the backplate.

As for your 900D request, do you still have the ticket #? if you do, send it to me and I'll take a look.

Greybeard, I have the H75 and the lugs are the same they're terrible and spin a lot when trying to install. I've butchered em a bit in the past when using pincers to properly tighten it. Is their any chance Corsair could send me a replacement? I've since switched to the H110i :)

thanks

Si

Not a problem at all :) Submit an RMA request and send me the ticket # once its generated. I'll see to it that we get your request processed right away.

Yeah, I couldn't agree more with those silver lugs. If anything, I'll be the first one to pull the trigger lol :p
