Well a lot depends on what you want to quote mine from the article. For example, I could quote this:

I'm sure you could pick another quote to support your argument.
Ultimately, you need to ask yourself if Saudi Arabia are or were complicit in supporting Al Quaeda or IS. My opinion is that they were/are.
