Please recommend me some QUIET 140mm rad fans.

I bought a Kraken x61 but the fans don't go below ~830 RPM. Obviously performance will suffer but my temperatures are brilliant so I have some leeway. I'm looking for PWM ideally but 3 pin is ok as long as it can be lowered to very quiet/inaudible levels on AI Suite like my old SP120 quiets did.

Kraken fans are quiet,the problem is your motherboards PWM controls by the sounds of it not the fans .Plug the cooler into your mobo via the USB connector and control the cooler fans and pump via the cam software.

That's what I'm using. I tried both mobo and CAM control and the fans are loud on both. To be honest most people would describe them as quiet. But I've been spoiled by my old setup which was a H105 with SP120 QE which was virtually silent when both pump and fans were at minimal settings.
