Titanfall 2 Announced - All platforms!

Only putting the original on xb1 was akin to sitting it in a corner and poking it with a stick occasionally. It looks a more lively game than destiny for example.

It wouldn't have been made if it wasn't for the paid exclusivity from MS. Hopefully the second will have a bigger player base for a longer time though.

Will anyone seriously bother with this?

Had the first and it failed to keep me hooked tbh.

Thought it was good. And the visuals were nice (smoke trails from missiles and what not).

If they expand on everything they've implemented so far it should be a good game.

The smart pistol has to go though. :p

They need to get a grip on its performance (great designers, below average devs) - I hope they move away from Source but unsure if that will happen. Source 2 for TF3 ;)

ps3ud0

The problem it had was it launched with to few games modes etc, if it had launched with everything it has now, it would have done a lot better.

And this game had nothing to do with the Cloud....what it did do, and the best ive experienced, is run on MS's Azure servers.

It was fun, but just didn't hold me. IM wondering what's going to happen to this one as plenty of more quality games will be out by then.

Seriously? What does a second release of the game bring to the table? The first game was superb but tbh it's attention span lasted no more than a few hours. In fact, I i got bored after about 10 hours of game play. The season pass wasn't worth the extra cash let alone and new version.

Perhaps they are trying to address that with the sequel! :)

I only played the beta of the first game but it was fun, the shooting was tight and the parkour was well implemented.
The final game seemed somewhat lacking on content, variety and features which is why I didn't feel enticed to purchase it.

I really enjoyed Titanfall, played it a fair amount.

My wishlist for Titanfall 2 would be:

Destructable environments (I want to be able to punch through a building damn it!)
More mech choice
Bigger maps
More players per map
Get rid of the AI fodder

Same as everyone else, played it intensely for a few weeks, very polished, tight gameplay.....just not enough to keep me playing. Might dust it off and try the DLC though..
