A bottle of Desperado (basically a Corona with a bit of Tequila) with my tea and then a Cadbury's hot chocolate made with milk before bed.

Tea up to about 6, then mint tea in the evening. Occasional hot chocolate if I'm knackered and having an early night.

I like to go a bit Bear Grylls on the weekends, so I tend to drink my own urine and sit in the back garden under some tar palling.
