Nice. The exchange rates are good if you import and pay by CC.

Why is Amazon UK so slow to put their ads up I wonder.

Yeah because if you look for a straight exchange rate conversion on a Credit Card you are looking at £499 at present for the S6 32GB as a starting point.

I'm waiting to see what price Amazon UK come out with but I imagine will be £549 starting considering the EUR price for the M9 is falling in at around €749

There's hope then kona that Amazon UK will stock all the variants however they're taking their sweet time.

If all else fails then Amazon.de is the way to go.

I'll be tempted to do similar Stoosh if indeed Amazon UK doesn't replicate the model variety...I'm starting to lean towards one of the S6 variants over the M9 but still to make a final decision.

Think I am going to sell my N7 2013 + N5 and get the standard GS 6 32GB or maybe the note 4.... Will give it a few months though as I want to see if there are any QC issues/niggles first. Would like to see what the next nexus device will be like but cba waiting till November/December :p

The more and more I see of the Gs 6, the more I like it + I really want to get back to an OLED based display, just a shame that they didn't go with front facing stereo speakers.

I think it's the only way forward because I think Samsung UK will hike the prices by a considerable amount and nothing beats Amazon's customer service.

But I will also get the S6

Why am I not surprised??! :p

Stoosh do you have any experience of their customer service when you've ordered from the German or French sites? I'm not entirely sure how this would translate if you experience issues being based in the UK.

I have a lot of experience with their foreign support.

Technically, you have to email them via a contact link, which allows contact in English. However, in actual fact you can live chat with them as a lot of them speak English (or just use Google Translate) - BTW, they're all based in the country of the respective Amazon so they know a lot more than the UK people (who are Indian - well most of them are).

They're pretty good, the German site being preferred as they give you a two year warranty, whereas France only do one.

If you have any issues just contact them. You'll have to pay to return an item (which is quite a lot) but they'll refund the postage costs if you provide a receipt.

I bought a LG G2 from Amazon Germany and the screen was defective. The process is the same as the UK and it wasn't difficult Mate.

I wouldn't worry about the customer service side of things.

Although like AlecR said if you have to return an item you do have to pay for it and it could end up being quite costly but you do get refunded in the end.

Cheers guys for the information on the use of .DE...I may well possibly stick my order in with them as that Euro exchange rate right now is rather favourable indeed!

I just hope Amazon in the UK or some of the retailers throw price out there sometime this week so I can 100% make my decision. Do we have any idea when we may see official UK pricing at all?

I'm hoping theirs a GPE version of this...

GPE program is MIA. You know this :p
