Cracked screen on IPad Air - Any recommendations to getting it fixed?

We have an IPad Air which is only a few months old which now has a cracked screen.

Any suggestions the direction to go to get it replaced/fixed? I can see third party companies offering to do it for about £50 supposedly for proper replacement glass etc?

Plenty of ebay stores offer this, just find one with good reviews tbh.

Thanks... And any idea how it affects the warranty? It is less than a year old.

I dont actually know to be honest, provided they use a genuine Apple part I doubt Apple would notice if you had to return it.
