which is stupidly impressive as most petitions don't even get to 0.01% let alone 20%
Although really it's 300million rather 5million. So really about 0.3% which is still very high fir a petition.
 
So the latest rumor is he will be going back as long as he agrees to the bbc giving him a baby sitter to keep him in check. Can't see that going down well!

Why would that matter? especially in episodes as someone mentioned before dont they have to go through editing and BBC approval first before they are aired?

Well, coming from the horses mouth, JC seems to think it's all over (quite colourfully)

Another brief interview I saw with him recently, and he certainly didn't come over as being nonchalant about the situation, more like pretty gutted.

He also reportedly went round to Oisins house to apologise but had the door shut in his face?

Err, no Jeremy you ****** it up, take some responsibility for your actions

Clarkson auctioned a lap around the Top Gear track for £100,000 at the charity event at the Roundhouse in Camden.

Clarkson told the audience: “I didn’t foresee my sacking but I would like to do one last lap. So I’ll go down to Surrey and I’ll do one last lap of that track before the ******* ******** sack me.”

He added: “I’ll be a bit tearful when I do it, but **** it, let’s do it.”

I was surprised to see all those f-bombs completely uncensored on the Guardian article
 
Yeah, when I loaded the page up it was F bombs everywhere, lol. I wondered if I was on some satire news site for a second.

I don't see how you can say he ****ed it up though, if the rumours of him just being a bit sweary are anything to go buy and no punches were thrown. It does seem like the BBC have gone way over the top on this one to get him out.

I thought the latest version of events was that he split his lip and had to go to A&E?

Not that I've followed this much lately tbh, I just came across this story while looking for something else

What if the rumours/stories that he punched the bloke, split his lip and he went to A&E are true?

Well the last I read was from the families at the weekend about him launching a tirade about getting him sacked and swearing a lot.

As far as rumours go about A&E, split lip, I don't really do rumours.
 
Not true. If there were witnesses and evidence of JC punching him then they can sack him as anybody would be from anywhere they worked for the same thing.
 
Apparently the bbc asked may and Hammond if they wanted to finish filming without jc and they have refused. Wow, potential end of top gear as we know it with the current three presenters.
