My moose leg steak was tough but great flavour. If I have it again I might try it in a caserole.

Just had my kangaroo steaks last night cooked medium with bacon, mushroooms and a mixed salad with honey, mustard and balsamic dressing. Yum.

Kangaroo was far less tough than the moose. Big improvement on last time I cooked kangaroo to. Stir fried it then, chewed it for a few minutes and ended up sticking the stir-fry in the oven for 6 hours because it was so tough. There was lead shot in it too.

This was obviously a better cut. Well done Lidl!
