Firstly i get paid hourly, I work Monday to Friday and on the 1st of every month i get paid.

Every month i get paid the exact same amount. The amount is the rate of pay for working 20 days in a month which equates to a 28 day month. But there are obviously more then 28 days in each month ( other than February) So should't either my wage change amounts month to month depending on the amount of days in that month or shouldn't my payday change day if i was being paid 4 weekly?

Am i being a **** and missing something or am i being paid wrong?

Maybe you are paid 1/12th of your annual wage each month. That is not the same as being paid each month for a months work.

Ive just used a calcator which says there are 254 working days + 8 bank holidays so 262 Working days. I work 4 hours a day so thats 1048 hours a year. Based on my yearly rate ÷ by my hourly rate im only being paid for 960 hours of the year....

If you're paid hourly then you should be paid for the hours you have worked in the pay period that is being discussed. Anything else is wrong.

Sounds like they are deducting 20mins lunch from you ( you're entitled to a 20min lunch break if you work 4 hrs or more, but it doesn't have to be paid).

1048hrs - (262 working days x 20mins) = 960hrs.

And more pertinently, if you've got questions about how you're paid just ask your HR department - that's what they are there for.
