Is this coil whine??

So I've had my Kfa2 970 Infin8 silent black edition for a few weeks now and never noticed this until I've just loaded up Hitman and ran the benchmark as i normally play all my other games with my headset on as Im usually on TS.

Hopefully you can make it out over the noise of the fans. I recorded it using my phone so not the best of quality, I've never suffered from coil whine before so I'm not 100% sure. Its running off a Bronze rated corsair PSU atm.

Sounds like faint coil whine yeah. It doesn't sound too bad though. Could be the GPU or the PSU.

It might be coil whine but it is really hard to hear. Anyway you can turn a bunch of fans off/down or unplug them and re-record it?
