Hey there.

not sure if you saw my last thread here:
http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18663717

But this is kinda related, but I thought id make a new thread as I guess its a totally different outcome of what I need.

Okay, well if you did read the last thread, what im looking for is heightmaps.

But iv had a tip off, that the heightmap elevation data of the land, from some earthquake files from 2005 near the zone. and iv seen the results that loaded up in daylon leveller, and the 2005 geological mapping is 100% precise and accurate, so I need help finding these please, as its quite important.

And here is a picture showing the area that I need to find the elevation data of please:

Also unlike here in England where you gotta pay for geological elevation data, in America its free. but the area im looking for as said above isn't mapped, its only been mapped once in history back in 2005 when there was a earthquake, and I need to find that data.

Thank you :)

Another alternative in my none existent experience so is souly something I worked up in my head.

I don't know how openly/easily available these documents/numbers are but if they can't be found soon online could it be a possibility to find the nearest university to said area of interest and get in touch see if they have any professors who work in this field of work ect who will likely know the numbers inside out? Just a idea as I said could be ramblings of a mad man!

The US geological survey have digital elevation models available but seeing as I'm on a phone I can't link atm, the closest I can get to the actual information are a couple of pages with links:

Not sure if this one is any good looks like you may have to pay.

Again not sure but worth a punt.

Hope this helps.

Yes that's the digital elevation models im trying to find, but the area that Im looking for isn't mapped, but I know the area has been scanned in 2005 when there was a earthquake, but I cant find the elevation models anywhere
