Furious 7 ere

Went to a midnight screening last night, really enjoyable film. Utterly insane and daft stunts but you know what you're getting with F&F! Think obviously concessions had been made with regard to the plot and working around Paul Walkers death but they've certainly made the best with what they had :)

Brians/Pauls sendoff at the end is perfect, really emotional and heartfelt without being out of character with the rest of the series.

Agreed man, really enjoyable! I felt it was one of the best in the series, they have the chemistry right with the characters. To be fair despite Paul Walker's death it was fairly seamless for pretty much 99% of the film in all honesty, they did a really good job of it. They used some CGI and unused footage from other films but to obvious good effect.

Obviously if they're going to do 8 which they will...then I imagine Shaw will wake from his coma and break Shaw out of that ridiculous prison :p

Watched this today, Statham and the Rock are hardly in this movie! worst in the series thats for sure. Also if it was not for events surrounding this movie , this would bomb! garbage movie

I'm going against the grain here, but thought it was excellent, at least when considered within it's intended genre.

Honestly though...

Those last 5 mins. I actually had tears, it really took me by surprise. Vin's words were so heart felt. The choice of music. The choice of the Supra, in an angelic colour of white. The parting aerial shot as Paul takes his own road. The final montage.
Wow, right in the feels man. RIP Paul :(

Edit: Just read that the Supra was owned by Paul himself, of course amongst others in his famous collection

I didn't want to watch this movie but being a massive fan of this series when growing up and with a massive passion for cars because of it, I had to. All I have to say is that it was amazing, ending of the film was also very nicely done.

Big fan of the films so I'm dragging the gf to watch this on Saturday night :D Can't wait to see Jason square upto Vin :)

Whatched it as well

Thought it was great, especially the last 15 minutes or so - really heartfelt from the whole team towards Paul Walker.

very cool

Fantastic film, just constant action and brilliant characters.

The ending was so sad though and such a fantastic send off :(
It really was heartfelt
