Europe has 130kph/81mph limits. A couple of countries have 75mph, others are 85mph or de-restricted.
Try Western Australia, enjoy the <70mph limits on motorways hundreds of miles long

Because the lorry in front is going slower. What else should they do? Drive into the back of it ?
It will be momentous when they ban lorries from the middle lane on motorways and put an end to their retarded overtaking of each other that causes traffic to slow down, why do lorry drivers always do this on massive hills, it's stupid and causes everyone to go outside causing massive slow down
Van limits for the van, car for the car I think, but I only really investigated as far as the vans I have had to drive, don't think there is much about that was originally designed as a van and then converted to a car, the Ford Tourneo being the only one popping into my head.
There is a load of technicalities surrounding windows and seats that can determine what limit a van is meant to stick to as well but again, didn't pay huge amounts of attention as it didn't affect anything I needed to drive.
Car derived vans like the Fiesta and Astravan etc. already have the same limit as cars, it's only dedicated van chassis vans that are subjected to lower limits.

At least now when I get stuck behind a lorry overtaking another lorry uphill on the A19 that is only going 1MPH faster than the other lorry I'll only be stuck at 60MPH.
I'm confused, haven't all lorries already been driving 56 on the motorway? Or have I just been driving behind ones <7.5 tonnes all the time by sheer coincidence?
You won't, you'll be stuck at 56mph.

I'm curious, why not?
