Weird Sensation at 5am Today?

Should I find it comforting that others had already made reference to Martika before I could comment? First thing that came into my mind reading the OP. ;)
 
Probably just a lorry driving past nearby. Can't necessarily hear it (I'm hard of hearing) but it still feels like as if furniture is being moved around 1 room away for a few seconds.
 
Yes. It felt almost like I got sucked in to a worm hole

I just cannot explain what then happened, I woke up and it was 10am
 
Actually (and I almost hesitate to post this) something did happen when I was in bed last night trying to get to sleep. I would have been about 3:30am UK time. It felt like time paused for a second. It happened twice within the space of a few minutes. Can't really explain it very well, and I'm sure I was just falling asleep, but I've never had that feeling before. Weird.
