Parvum Systems case issue (resolved)

Nice end result. The new case looks stunning.

You seemed like a right pain in the ass throughout though Rayes. I'd have been tempted to tell you to shove off and take the shipping costs with you...

Customer service at it's best.

Everyone handles problems differently, while a few bits could have been toned down he was well within his right to be frustrated, i've seen far worse reactions to smaller issues multiple times.

The important aspect to take from this is that it was resolved and parvum did a great job.

Thread should be renamed though for those that don't click into it

Things to learn

  1. When dealing with a faulty item, contact the manufacturer/supplier and clearly state your expectations for a resolution.
  2. If the manufacturer/supplier offers you a resolution you are not happy with, refuse and ask for a refund or suggest a compromise.
  3. Do not send back items using expensive postage costs and assume the manufacturer/supplier will pay, (use a postage price comparison website!) without prior approval
  4. Relax. If posters are trying to help, don't reply with aggressive messages as it only makes things worse.
  5. Enjoy your new case

I've edited the titles of this thread to reflect what has happened. I think the old title was now inappropriate considering the happy outcome.
