Unable to shoot in car in GTA online glitch

For some reason I've been unable to shoot in my car for the past week or 2 online, I've no idea how to fix it. I've tried resetting controls etc (I know that I need to press lt then rt but it still doesn't work!)

I'm on xbox one online

I've just done the 4th heist with this hindrance and it's getting frustrating...

Sorry for starting a new thread but hoped some people would know

You don't have passive mode on do you? Can't remember if that stops you from using weapons or not though.

you've not got confused about the controls have you ? what buttons are you pressing ?

also, you're not in one of the armored cars like the karuma that restricts what angles you can shoot at are you ?

Nope not passive mode.

I definitely am using the right buttons, have ammo in my guns, in the right cars etc (I realise you have reduced fov in armoured cars).

So unfortunately for me it's deffo a glitch! I want to fix it tho (I can shoot when outside a car just fine
