Go into about device via settings and at the top you should see an option for system update. Choose that option and click check. If there's an update available it'll notify you.

It has indeed. Not sure if there's a reason why but disconcerting nonetheless.

No chance, it's taken them this long just to prepare 5.0, I doubt we'll see a 5.1 update until June/July.
