I don't know if anyone else gets a similar bug, but when I set up my graphics settings and everything seemed smooth and running around the 58-60fps mark. Even tested in a director mode with rain and explosions and all sorts no problem. But when I exit the game and go back in, my FPS is around 20-30fps. Same settings, just lower. But then to make it go back all I have to do is adjust any graphical setting (normally I pick MSAA) and don't even need to confirm the changes. Once I do that, bang, I'm back up to the 60fps.
Oh, so then you guys don't mind if I do lots of ramming?!
I was being good tonight as previous nights, people seemed to be getting rather annoyed, will resume to 100% troll thenAlthough it might cause a bit too much rage for TS.....

Headphones are really subjective, I don't think I know that many people with the same ones tbh.
I have Corsair 1500V2 which are nice, 7.1 dolb and comfy. Probably might be an idea to go to somewhere that knows music/sound quality and try on loads to see how they feel/sound beforehand bud.
Did my first street race in single player last night. The car physics suck balls.
If you get into a tussle with another car, invariably you spin at the slightest impact and they suffer no ill effects. You will be cornering at a moderate pace then all of a sudden you have no grip and spin out even though you have taken the corner faster on the previous lap on the same line with no issues. I also went around a few corners where I suddenly just went loads faster and ended up in a wall. WTF is that all about? Humps in the road that cause you to jump cause the car to fly through the air like it has no weight and upon landing it's like you are on an ice rink, and you invariably spin out. I was in the white bog standard car that Franklyn gets, so it wasn't even as if it was a beast that was hard to handle.
Additionally, the same car seems to handle completely differently in a race mission than it does in free roam.....Anyhone else feel this or just me? I have torn the road up in free roam in the same car and it seemed far more sure footed than it did in the race mission.
Also, is there any way to restart a race mission if you have a spin or a bad lap without having to get all the way to the end of the race?
Kind of silly that in a supposed sports car the only way I could win the race was to drive slower! If I put any speed in, the car would slide around like water on glass.
I have another question. I downloaded the game and because there is no 'hard copy' I don't feel like I actually own the game.
How do you deal with a system crash and re-intallation or simply wanting to install on a new PC, do you have to download the thing again from somewhere?
Never understood why people play in first person mode, but switch to 3rd person for driving.
Surely, this removes any realism from the game when it looks like you are controlling a toy car remotely from behind/above, instead of actually being in the car?
Folks where can I find the results of benchmarking?
