My gym plays music over the PA too loud for my liking and it's quite annoying when using the normal Apple earphones so I want to get some foam noise blocking ones ones, like the Shures.

I used to have a pair of SE215s and I quite liked them, I'm wondering if it's worth the jump up to 4 or 5 series?

Anyone got any experience? :)

My daughter had SE215. When she heard my SE535 she had to have a pair :D I never heard her SE215 so I can't comment myself.

I use the Bludio R+. They are bluetooth headphones. Love them.

They never fall off and block out everything without my ears getting all sweaty at the gym.

Thanks for the feedback, I think I'll make the jump to at least the 4 series then.

Just need to decide if the jump to the 5 series is worth paying 50% more again...from £220 up to £350, it's quite a jump...

SE535 isn't, IMO, worthwhile over the SE425 - big price hike for not a great deal of difference. The SE425s however, are on a whole different level to the SE215s.

I'd go with whatever has the best fit for the gym. Multi driver universal IEMs tend to be lacking in that regard though I have no experience with Shures.
