Clarkson blames fracas on cancer ** Don Edit - No he doesn't **

Has there been a week passed at all without any news about Clarkson? I'm sick of hearing about him yet I'm not even looking for it.
 
I've edited the incredibly misleading thread title.

It should have been "Jeremy Clarkson recalls cancer scare before Top Gear 'fracas'"
 
I think this guy hates the fact that his old age is taking its toll and is lashing out. I saw him on Jonathan Ross years ago and he's absolutely petrified about dieing.
 
If true its very sad for him that he lost his job, maybe I have just become very cynical but whats the chances a PR agency has come up with this along with the BBC to give them a excuse to give him his job back?

I have known someone to claim to have cancer but I believe they lied (I could be wrong).

all he needed to have done was have it leaked he was under a lot of stress due to a cancer scare at the time and the public would have rallied round an all the tv should would have been saying how it was a disgrace the bbc were dragging him through all this given his current situation.


but he didnt.

gotta respect him for that.

If true I agree, but maybe they did not think of this until now.

Whats the chances he will be back at the BBC soon?
 
Why would he want anyones sympathy about losing his job?

His stock couldn't be higher and it will be a bidding war for his signature. I'm pretty sure he couldn't careless about the BBC.
 
As he was in the middle of filming Top Gear those scans had to be delayed as he always put the show first.

Really bad idea, delaying could be the difference between successful treatment or not. I believe this was a point with Steve Jobs and possibly ego issues

Your right, its not an excuse but some people react badly. Regardless he is fine on both counts and still should have apologised whatever

When you mention something like this you mention for a reason help or sympathy etc. You see it with people on here. He needed no help so all we have left is sympathy. Call me cynical if you want but I can't help but think he realises he really messed up and is seeking redemption from the public.
