The Bobcat (chinook) spawns at one of the helipads at the bottom of the map. You have to be level 22 or higher though.

Once you have one you can lower the hook to grab cars and take them airbourne.

Easiest way to get a tank using a Bobcat, along with calling Lester and paying 5k so you don't get a wanted level for a few mins.

How does robbing a convenience store get to 4 stars and end up with my car looking like this? :D:p

Luckily I still had 2 tyres, made it under a flyover and got rid of the stars just as a cop car followed by swat vans came barrelling round the corner...

LOL, my car looked similar. I think it goes up if you rob a few in a row. i was going for the achievement for robbing all 20 and so ended up on 4 stars after a few. Had 1 back tyre left which amazingly allowed me to outrun them on dirt roads in a comet.
 
Love SP, nicked myself a Panto and customised it as much as possible, then just went ragging it around LS.

The SP on this is just pure amazing. Getting a little bored of MP, heists bore the pants off me, too many cut scenes, too much faff.

Think I will stick to the Story mode for a while.
 
I can't understand how people can enjoy playing games when they are so ****ing bad at them lol... Been trying a few missions when I've come home late from work and not one person I've grouped up is even capable of typing English let alone follow some coloured line on a minimap...

****ing retards lol.. And I'm off to Portugal Tuesday so I'm hardly gonna be able to play much at all :(
 
Found out you don't get stars for goinginto the base while in mission. Useful when you spawn next to it and you have to go to the other side of the map!

Tbh i'm the same. I'll jump in MP but can't be arsed to do any of the stuff so find myself wandering around shooting things.

Not exactly quick to level up but hey ho.
 
Getting pretty peeved off with certain aspects of this game. I was Trevor doing the O'Neil mission. When indoors I was stuttering like no ones business yet my fps stayed at a steady 60 fps.

Any ideas why it does this lads?

My vram is at 2555mb. I stupidly noticed a pop up saying GE had downloaded a new optimised version for this game and like a fool clicked optimise.

Suffice to say it ran like a pig. Don't know why but in menus it is extremely slow and jittery.

I have all settings turned down with default setting within Nvidias control panel with the exception of adaptive sync.

My card is left at default and have toned my OC on my CPU from 4.4 to just 4ghz.

I am going to reboot as maybe it is just some gremlin and see if that helps.

I'm always up for a heist especially with anyone on mic, always play with another chap ( we come as a duo ) at work atm but happy to join between 6-9 tomorrow evening.
 
I'm on the 4th heist and havent died once... It's virtually impossible to die when playing scripted computer games.... Different story if trying to climb a ladder tho. Lol
