Hi, can you confirm the timings at 2400 please, all the reviews I have found show them to be 11-13-14 not 11-11-11 except at the lower speed of 1600?

Depends what you're using the computer for.......gaming, you probably wouldn't notice much difference (unless you like having lots of programmes running in the background), but if it's high-end graphics, rendering etc then yes you would notice a difference.
