Murder behind the job center in pontypridd.

Residents where shocked, they didn't realise they had a job center.
 
Seems to have been a few murders up that way recently. Used to spend a couple of days a week at a factory in Tonypandy so still have quite a few of the guys on Facebook.

The combination of murders and constant grass fires at the moment make it sound like bit of fun to be living in the valleys right now!

then you get those of us who are planning on moving that way to be nearer family, starting to have second thoughts
 
Cardiff is down the road from ponty, not that far, valleys is a bit of a weird place. Hopefully not another cannibalism case which happened somewhere else not that far away

From Cardiff that is. My old place of work was near pontypridd.


Luckily I live and work in Cardiff now and hardly have to venture in to the valleys. Lol

Yeah, I did my fair share of driving around Cardiff but sometimes it was just easier to hop on a train just to avoid the ballache of the A470 at rush hour :p

I can't say I miss Pontypridd though. The school of electronics moved to Cardiff (under the name The Atrium) the year after I graduated and it looked so much better!

Yeh its not really on my list of places to be, especially with murders around
 
I didn't really like Ponty. They tried to do up the high street but it didn't help, the park is always full of drunks. Can't remember going for a run through there without being harrased by some drunk(s). The train station got done up too, also didn't help. :p

Couldn't stand the public transport either, prices kept going up and they are still using those horrible busses on rails. They ****ing stank of diesel and weed.

Terrible news though I keep getting last-minute deals for Prontypridd and now I'm the one singing "please release me let me go".

Edit: I stayed at the Blueberry Inn Market Street.
