Poll: Is anyone here Hungarian ?

Went to Budapest in 2005 for the grand prix, lovely place, people were amazing, and what shocked me the most is how well the majority of them spoke English.

yeah you can forget quite easily that it is a second language to them, the younger Hungarians in their 20s and 30s are pretty much all fluent in English... though some of the older ones were initially made to learn Russian at School

She asked seemed to talk down to me and even the waitress staff.....

I thought Hungarians were nice and quite polite?
