Things to do in Birmingham

I was in Birmingham City Centre for 45mins and got threatened by a Chav, who pretty much claimed to have a knife on him, because my girlfriend "gave him a dirty look". I will never go there again.

I have it on good authority that events such as this only happen in Birmingham and that if you did, indeed, ever come back that it would inevitably happen again.

I'm fairly certain you wouldn't be threatened by a chav in Starbucks in Leeds, it's just not something that would ever happen

True, but thankfully you can get to Solihull from Brum town centre in about 10 minutes on the train.

Despite living here all my life, I can't remember when I last went into Birmingham city centre was. It's everything I despise about Brum with no redeeming features other than having a few nice spots.

You should have brought the ruckus to his ass. You let a man slide today, you must immediately get inside somebody's ass when that happens to you. You pull the ass open, step into the ass, close the door behind you. Then you take a spray can right, spray Roar87 was here, wash me all that stuff, smash his whole ass up. Get a snickers bar, paper, throw that on the floor, smash his whole ass up. Then you open up that ass one more time, step out his ass, then leave that mother wide open so he know you've been there.

As far as cities go it seems to have its good parts and bad. The mailbox has some good bars and restaurants. Ive been to miller & carter, cote brasserie and marco pierre white. Actually in marco pierre whire now enjoying a mojito looking out over the city during sunset.
Yesterday went to cineworld and saw avengers age of ultron on imax 3d. A lot better then when i first went to an imax cinema about 17 years ago! - but still not as good as oculus rift!
Ive not yet heard a brummy accent. Disappointed
 
Fumo is good up town near the cathedral worth a visit if you want some nice nosh, part of San Carlo which is also good it you want i tie

You should've tried the Electric cinema - really nice one that, although a fair bit more expensive than standard cinemas. I saw Age of Ultron there the other day, very good indeed :cool:
