Come on guys - it's time to dig deep and try and bring back a much maligned genre:

It looks decent enough for just a few months in, the team behind it have worked on some great games, it's appearing on most platforms - but most importantly it looks like a proper 3D, N64 style platform adventure game.

Remember when 3D platform games used to involve exploring crazy, surreal worlds and discovering stuff. Mario 64, Banjo, Conkers, Donkey Kong 64, Psychonauts etc. This is worth backing just to show developers that we want more of that.

it's just a knockoff of Banjo.

I'd take that! The 3d platform scene has been dire for so long. There's been a recent and welcome 2D resurgence - it's time for a 3D equivalent.

And 3D mario doesn't count - it was 2.5D at best with virtually zero exploration and discovery involved! Decent game all the same, but a far cry from what came before.

Spiritual successor or bad knockoff? I didn't see anything in their footage that showed anything like the personality or humour you got in B-K.

Reminds me more of Kameo than BK, but also a Rare game.

Not for me though, games like this are dated and dull to me.
