High idle temps 4790k

Hi, I have a 4790k at stock settings, with Turbo Boost enabled. I have it with an H105. I noticed my idle temp is high, if I leave the PC and do nothing the temp stay at 30-36, but if I open any program or browse on Chrome or anything the temps jump, and the fans start to spin louder. Here a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/714nzj
The temps playing or at full load are not so bad. Playing CSGO it stays at 55-60, rendering a video at 65c and with p95 v26.6 at 70c. With IBT it goes to 82c but I know it is overkill for Haswell CPUs. So I don't understand why at idle the temps is so high. Should I worry about?
I've reseated the cooler and applied Artic Silver 5 with the pea sized method, but nothing changes.

I saw my vcore is at 1.22, don't you think it's a bit high for stock settings?

Right now I'm waiting for the new 380X, so meanwhile I'm playing with the integrated gpu, could it add some heat to the cpu?

Specs:
Intel Core i7 4790k 4.0Ghz
Asus Maximus VII Hero
G.Skill Trident X DDR3 2400 2x4GB CL10
Corsair Graphite 780T
Corsair H105 Water Cooler
Seasonic M12II Evo Edition 750W 80 Plus Bronce Modular

Thank you! :)

I think 50C just browsing is not a normal temp on a not OC'd chip with watercooling :S But well, I'm not an expert on this...

I thought he meant it jumps up for a split second / seconds mine does the same opening a program
his gaming and stress test temp levels seem normal to me

You should be able to reduce the core to around 1.17v at stock easily enough but do the BIOS update first. Depends on how well you did on the silicon lottery too.

Those are not normal temps , especially on a cap closed loop AIO , as above update bios and see if this resolves as that vcore is to high for stock.

I updated the BIOS to the latest version but the temps are the same... Some people told me is the integrated gpu what is generating some extra heat, and when I install another GPU the cpu temp will be better.

Temps dont seem too unreasonable IMO

65c while rendering a video seems pretty decent for these CPU's lol

Those temps are quite normal TBH, I have mine under a custom loop and sat there doing nothing the cpu is at 30c (water temp 24c) just opening chrome i can get mine to jump to 46c (only for a second or two) and all your rendering / in game looks good for this chip. the 4790k is a dreadful chip for heat due to the poor effort of TIM under the heat spreader from intel. If you Delid it and then replace that tim with the liquid metal stuff you will see a dramatic drop of 15-20c

The temps for encoding, p95, ibt and gaming look about right. But if the 51c in the op's screen shot is only when web browsing. That dies seem a bit strange. Don't use chrome myself but under Firefox my idle temps are pretty much always below 40c on an overclocked 4790k.

Disable any fan control options for the fan header the H105 pump is plugged into, set it to 100% percent.

Make sure the back plate is properly secured to the motherboard. I recently installed a H100i GTX and the poor design meant that the back plate would stick up past the motherboard, making it impossible to screw the cooler on tight. Luckily I had a number of plastic washers to place on the back of the motherboard to secure it tight.

Why Corsair doesn't include washers with its back plate seems criminal...

Move the case around, try and get it upside down and on its side in case any air bubbles are trapped.
