God that guy is still streaming it lol also noticed that there is no Ferrari in the game
How can some people game for such long periods, good game or not.

Watched a few minutes last night when he was in a Zonda. Looked pretty unrealistic in terms of handling.
Is this meant to be a sim type game or something like GRID?
Have you drove a Zonda ? P.s he may have had driving aids on.
No, but I would have expected his ham-fisted approach to cause him a few more errors e.g. losing control etc.

Just watched YouTube vvv video from 2/5/15 for Xbox version and not half bad I would have thought,interesting he says several times handling is less grippy on Xbox version compared to ps4? I'd prefer that as online might slow a few idiots down lol

Yeah, tempted to pre-order it on PC as I've just bought a new one and it looks liked it supports 21:9 monitors so should be pretty sweet. Seems keenly priced at £25 as well for a new release.
Been a long time since I've played a racing game/sim on anything other than xbox/playstation. Has anyone played the beta on PC? How does it compare to the likes of Forza Motorsport, Gran Turismo, etc? Worth picking up a copy?
I have no idea how he does it either my head would be done in after a few hours

I've only ever played GT 5 and 6 with a wheel and the same for pCARS on PC.
pCARS certainly has the options to be more of a sim then GT, they really are simulating a lot of variables to make it as realistic as possible. If you click on the link, it will give you an idea of the levels of simulation that are going on.

But there are also plenty of options to make it more accessible to casual and gamepad players alike.
Obviously GT6 has more cars, but pCARS has a wide and varied selection and usually no more than 2 variants of the same car. Tracks wise pCARS has 30 odd tracks, with various layouts for each. Most are licenced plus there's a few fanatasy tracks and point to point road courses.
All cars are unlocked at the start, so there's no grinding for cars. But some may see this as a bad thing. I'm not fussed either way.
The AI in pCARS is far far better than in any GT game, but that's not exactly hard to do.
Graphics in pCARS are better, but that's to be expected, as it's running on better hardware on consoles as well.
PCARS has superb sound, again not hard to be better than GT.
Wheel support for pCARS is very good and so is FFB.
Can't comment on how is plays with a pad, but there are plenty of options to tweak, so there's no reason to think pad players aren't fully catered for.

Is there anywhere I can get info on what some of the display icons are, getting digital so would hope there is a digital manual?
Been looking at the ps4 stream and in the bottom right corner there is what looks like a fuel gauge, tyre wear and something else I'm not sure about, some kind of battery?

my digital order on ps4 has been charged.
On my email it says expected release 6/5/15 at 11pm?
Reading around it seems the digital version could indeed be released on the 7th like in the EU! , I think it says 11pm because of time zone differences.
