What colour shirt and tie?

Come on GD, what do you think. I'm asking this because clearly I have no fashion sense whatsoever.

What colour shirt and tie will go well with a suit that's Pantone 2935 EC, C:100 M:52 Y:0 K:0?

It's blue.

When I'm wearing a blue suit I generally go with a crisp white shirt and either a red or yellow tie.

Not sure if that is "in fashion" or not however.

Typically a white shirt goes with just about any suit. As for the tie, maybe a pale blue or pastel red.

It's pretty subjective. Go with what you like and screw everyone else.

Blue suit? how dark is the blue?
I would wear a light blue oxford weave shirt with my italian white silk tie that has thin blue diagonal strips.

I think you mean red and green? They're complimentary colours from Illustrator's Colour Guide, they go very nicely.

Blue is the most versatile suit colour you can own and is globally recognised as a staple. In fact I'm wearing one right now!

No I meant what I said. Fashions change but when I was growing up we were told don't mix blue and green as they clash.
