GTX 960 lagging a lot with Dying Light

Hey, I am running a GTX 960, 8GB RAM, have 180GB free on my 465GB hard drive and I can barely play Dying Light for lag all the time. Hardline and other games are completely fine.

Tried turning all the quality settings down and it still lags (when my optimal settings are apparently high).

Any ideas?

Have you checked VRAM usage when playing?

Dying Light does use a lot of VRAM.

Video RAM, not system RAM!

You need to be more forthcoming with information, otherwise we're all just guessing.

Resolution, full system info etc..
