My superflower leadex gold has began making lots of electrical noise? any ideas?

Cheers for the input, i checked the cable and is not loose.
Is like a pretty loud buzzing sound, the psu is only like 3 months old, im going to try a different socket and different kettle plug, but it sounds like its coming from inside the psu

Is it buzzing while the fan is not spinning (if you can see the fan).

Theres a switch on the rear to get it out of eco mode, does the sound go away then.

it buzzes even when the pc has been shutdown for quite a while, the only thing that stops it is setting the power switch on the back to 0.
Il check what difference putting it in and out of eco mode makes, but im pretty sure its not in eco mode.
Its weird sometimes the buzz is rediculously loud and sometimes its just in the background. Its definately the psu because the buzz happens even when the rig is shut down, and when my ear is to the psu (case side off) its the loudest

looks like the only option. Im going to try my pc in a few different sockets and with a few different cables first to rule out the possibility my gaff has dodgy wiring etc. but yeah i think ultimately il have to rma. The problem is, sometimes its noisy and sometimes it isnt, so i hope it doesnt decide to run perfectly when they test it at ocUk lol. im also addicted to csgo, so the system downtime will crush me lol hahah
