i gather that but i mean in terms of warranty and all that, im usually in preference to EVGA

The ocuk version is various brands. You'd not get evga through it i wouldn't think.

The warranty is all through OcUK I believe, for the 970s and 980s you get brands such as Manli, Palit etc

Ocuk one has a three year warranty so seems ok.
