Behind you... Naked!
As title.
I am seriously thinking about spending on a top end tablet.

I have just typed in a load of garb, but in the end I have decided to be straight to the point.

What is the best 10" android tablet on the market today, and why?
Is there a great one around the corner?

Thanks

Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet. announced a few months ago and available here at the end of the month. plenty of "hands on" videos on YouTube and general response is its the best Android tablet by miles.

I've got the Original Z and it's a great tablet, 16:10 viewing angle better for videos etc. Not sure if the bezel is smaller on the 4, that's all the extra I'd require.

Xperia Z4 looks great, I like the Samsung Tab S also but the Xperia just seems a step up from that

Wait for the Galaxy Tab S 2, will probably use the same Exynos SoC as the Galaxy S6 which is faster and more power efficient than Snapdragon 810 which is what everybody else will be using. Wouldn't surprise me if they clocked it a little higher as Exynos 7420 had higher clockspeeds which were available in the kernel but locked.

Sadly nothing no the market right now worth buying, wrong time of the year to buy a tablet.

Ok, thanks guys, I will have a check out for the sony.
If they are anything like the phones, they will be impressive.
I am in no rush, and so I am more than happy to wait... as I said, I have this Asus Memo and its fine for now.

I will wait for the Tab S 2 and compare that with the Sony perhaps?

Thanks guys.

Tab S had an amazing screen, I think if Samsung moves to a similar design as the S6, brings their finger print scanner and updates OLED panels it would be a solid tablet. Just a shame the software is still ugly.

Pro 3 isn't really a tablet thou at 12" and close too 1kg, and how good is the android emulator, past ones have been slow and sluggish, don't see the point of spending so much for a sub par android experience.

As above, wait for the Tab S 2, if you can't then you can't go wrong with the Z4.

was thinking of waiting for the Tab S 2 but the hardware buttons and lack of waterproofness put me off as I do like the idea of reading/browsing (not like that :p ) in the bath.
