Metal framed wooden gates

THanks - I guess I should add that is the fitted price, so includes hinges, posts, lock and some retaining bolts to hold it open. Starting to appear reasonable :(
 
Sorry -thats just the style, the actual gates are only 1.25m high, which will be in line with our old stone wall. I think they'll fit in quite nicely.

And our twins are human (I think), I just meant that we need some strong gates - a lot of wodden ones we've looked at seem quite flimsy and potentially prone to wind damage given how wide they are.

But joking aside have you posted on something like checkatrade and see what people could make for you. I'm guessing if it was solid wood it'd be so heavy. I guess you want the wind to pass though it instead of catching so maybe a metal frame and a mesh middle? only issue is that may look a little cheap compared with the wooden alternatives.

By "solid" I meant "no holes" as opposed to rhino-proof! :) (they are adept climbers and fascinated by the road).
