Steve Jobs (2015)

Given that this is Sorkin, Boyle and Fassbender I think this is going to be ever so slightly better than the guy from That 70s Show or whatever the other one was..!

Really can't understand why we need yet another movie about Steve Jobs. I'm not really convinced there was need for the first one.

Name this film

Director - Spielberg
Writer - David Koepp (Panic room, Jurassic Park, Calito's Way)
Score - John Williams
Starring - Cate Blanchett, Ray Winston....Harrison Ford.

^^^ This film sucked.

But at I guess Sorkin is better than most, he writes great dialogue and this Steve Jobs movie will absolutely need that to have a chance since there is no action sequences to fall back to.

They're just releasing one each year and doing slight updates and improvements that barely change each new movie but people will go out of their minds for ;)

Am I going mad? Because I've just spent 10mins Googling and have no idea what you're on about. Did they make a Steve Jobs film?

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.. whats that got to do with this film?

Obvious once you Google the cast - it's Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Turd.

The point being that a film could have an extremely accomplished gang of people making it and still turn out to be utter guff.

Ok, but that's got very little with what you were arguing before.. that film is a sequel to a much-beloved series. And again why are people saying 'not another Steve Jobs film'.. there was only the other one?

Sorry, I just think this looks interesting but then again I love Sorkin so :p

You brought up names like Boyle, Fassbender as in an indication that will mean the movie will be good.

I merely suggest it's no guarantee, even with arguably the best director and cast, and yes, I think the 4th instalment of Indiana Jones sucks.

Thought my point was obvious.

I knew what you were trying to say, and I agree

although I actually enjoyed the aston kutcher one :D

I meant in comparison to the other movie which was written by an unknown, directed by a nobody and starred a sitcom celeb. This version clearly has loftier ambitions. Your point about the names not making a good film still stands, I'll accept that though.
