Well it was a night for hand cannons for me as I got 3 in total, 2 legendary 'The Fulcrum', 'Her Mercy' and 1 exotic 'The Last Word'. Also Shotgun 'Judgement VI' and the sidearm 'Vestian Dynasty'. I also got all new armor so not bad for a nights play :)

Roll on the weekend!

The consensus seems to be you get the better drops from the higher levels, but then I got 4th Horseman from PoE 28, and Wolves Bane (queens Machine gun) from lvl 34. Give it till later in the week and I';m sure there be a post on reddit with all the lot drops

Our guys both got legendary Queen's weapons from the chest at level 28 (using the keys). I assume if you use the key it will be from the same loot table as the other PoE's (I should note I couldn't open the chest at all as I didn't have a key on me - makes me think it is the "same" chest).

What is the VG AR like? I am at mark cap on all three chars so I need to buy something and TBH none of the VG weapons appeal to me bar the AR.

I received the same pulse rifle. Quite nice - feels like a legendary Stranger's rifle.

Not really. Every PVE activity is going to be fairly easy for a team all with gjallarhorns and weapons of light if damage alone is all thats required.

The only way to make it harder is to introduce the tactics required like in crota where you had to knock the shield off and use the relic etc.. but nobody wanted that for prison of elders.

The only thing I would have changed about Prison of Elders would be that I would have the waves go on forever, getting harder and harder like a horde mode. Maybe have some kind of system where after 5 waves each wave after that has a chance at a random reward from a table that includes chest keys etc.. ?
 
Did the 32 PoE on my lunch break with a couple randoms from LFG. Good fun, challenge is about right once you learn the map a bit a know where you can run to get your shield back up.

Wiped a couple of times on the last cabal boss because we were trying to manage the adds.....wrong tactic. Just ignore the adds, whip out your Gjallarhorns and he goes down in no time.

Chest dropped Hygiea Noblesse, the Queen's scout rifle. Specs look good, same as Saterienne Rapier but slightly bigger mag and slightly lower range. Will be rolling that a few times for sure.

Bought the gloves so I'm level 33....be up for having a crack at level 34 PoE on Thursday evening...
 
Yeah the cabal boss is easy once you figure it out.

Run out, 3x32 all with Gally, drop weapons of light bubble, unleash hell, relax.

He goes down in well under a minute!
 
How often do you get reward with a Treasure Key in PoE, is it once per week or once per day? Excluding those picked up from bounties etc.
 
I think you can open it as long as you have a treasure key. The keys are random rewards for completing PoE, the small PoE chests, and the ether chests.

Bit crap there's no guaranteed way, I cba farming for them. Maybe Xur will be selling one a week or something.
 
Trying to decide what to spend my stashed marks on! Dead Orbit has the best stuff, but what to get. Might go for the shotgun...default roll is Accurized Ballistics, Rangefinder, Reinforced Barrel.

I find just afking on moon for example while doing other things okay, and just kill the pack of wolves. I've gotten 2 keys on sunday doing that while watching tv, doing some work etc etc.

I think it may be a reward for killing all the people the queen asks for each week.

I'm guessing you use your mark while wearing a class item from dead orbit for example, or is it some other way.

Ah the commendations, yeah I asked earlier where you hand them in....turns out you don't :) You just equip your class item of choice and 'use' the commendations.

Except that Weapons of Light has no effect on Gjallarhorn, so stick with Blessings to make sure you can survive some extra damage.
