Hi,

I was wondering if anyone thought this fan was too close to the PSU and might become an issue with cabling in the future?

Keep it running or remove it and just use 5 fans instead of 6?

As long as the cables are tightly pulled in it shouldnt be an issue , if your worried get a grill attached to the top , it won't impede airflow but should allot cables to rest on top should they get in the way

Yeah cables are in all nicely. You reckon it's going to help airflow a little bit by having a fan in the bottom?

It'll certainly do something to help, or possibly ruin the airflow in the case's natural flow, but as long as the cables don't go into the fan it shouldn't be a problem at all

Thanks. I have 2 fans in the front (120mm), 1 (140mm) in the rear, and 2 (140mm) in the roof for my AIO cooler.

What's the directions of the fans? I assume the 2 fans intake, rear exhausts and the 2 140mm in the roof also exhaust

To be honest, all cases have different fan personalities :D

Try running without the bottom fan on and with it on, and see what temps are like. If they don't change, just unplug it as there'll be less noise :)

Cheers will do! The motherboard debug LED shows temps when it boots into Windows :D

You? :p

Depends where your case is but is handy to check temperature if you have a window side panel or grilles and can't be bothered to open up HWmonitor etc ;) First time I got it was just fascinating looking at all the lights :p

Is that fan exhausting out of the bottom of the case? Surely it should be a intake? All that's doing is sucking the cooler air out of the bottom of the case. If it's a intake it can help push the warm air to the top.

Definitely looks like it's exhaust to me....you can see the support pylons on the underside of the fan, rather than on top. Any loose cables will get pulled into the fan if you keep it that orientation.
