I'm quite annoyed I have not got a dispatch email.

As I ordered not much after the hotukdeals thread went up, so very early compared to a lot in here. I take it they are on of those companies that just send them out at random:(

That wasn't his question.

There were 2 threads on HUKD's. The RS180 was created much earlier and people ordered the HD700 on the basis of that deal.

Much later someone (who most likely wanted to get some rep and heat on his profile) created one specifically for the HD700. If you placed your order having seen this deal and not the one created for the RS180/220 then most likely your order would be cancelled.

Ahh sorry misunderstood the question, the early thread which is about 3 days old now.

I have had the confirmation email, just no shipping email.
 
Not really an area I know a huge amount about but the little dot ones seem quite popular and available in the UK.
 
Also for those who want to return it within the 30 day grace period, it's at no cost to yourself. Maybe it was because I cancelled mine early but the UPS return label is pre-paid and you just need to call UPS or drop it of to a collection point to start the return process.

Probably be between the Valhalla 2 and Lyr 2 from Schiit, for the DAC should I be spending big or will a MODI 2 be fine?
 
personally i have the lyr 2 and modi 2 and i love it. The thing is with DACS is that they are often one of the least noticable upgrades (not always). I have looked at a lot of comparisons with the bifrost and the modi 2 and i have concluded that the bifrost only really adds upgrade options, but for the added cost i don't feel it is worth it.
